i went and saw it this week. the guy in charge, paul went out of his way to bring it out to run it. i inspected it and found it to be clean. did not drive it but heard it run and heard paul drive it down the road back to storage. i am not in the market for a fire wagon, but the truck would be a solid candidate for a full restore or leave as is. all of the equipment transfers with it so it is nice for a user. rear fenders are dented, and lots of user drilled holes. usual cobbled wiring and fire dept mods. dual master cylinder, padded dash and clean frame. appears to have been undercoated including the runningboards. i would figure the truck will sell for less than 12k, but i could be wrong. i would pay 10k but am not putting a bid in. an honest truck that is hard to find clean on the east coast. the last year features - brakes, dash, larger engine and alternator are all pluses in my book. good luck!!!
