First i would call the Ford area rep ,there is one one who does over sees the local dealers .Then I would talk to the service manager or the owner of the dealership , the service guy well he is trained to fluff off people . Plus from the dealers stand point they get a lot of people who bring stuff in which is euchred and say it was the dealer who made a mess . so you see there point . I dont doubt what you said is true that your truck was running and operating fine before you took it in and now it dosent .My dad all ways said if the horse is giving you trouble talk to the "head" not the "tail" in other word start talking where some one is listening ~ Copey
