Engine rebuild

I had put repairs to the M37 on the back burner while i got the carryall ready for the July 4th parade. I drained the oil and felt inside the drain hole and could feel some metal fragments so I guess it will need to be rebuilt. I have not done a rebuild since high school so I am a little apprehensive. Can someone give me an I dea what it will cost me to rebuild it?? Robert N.
