Hi Rick,
That is referring to the "minor adjustment", ie, the bolt that threads into the block and allows the distributor (and plate) to turn. I am referring to the bolt that attaches to the bottom of the distributor, and allows for "major adjustment" This bolt goes through a llong adjustment slot as well, I figure there is a proper place to have it set when first installing the distributor.
