Chris,

Most of the auto parts stores around here have it but in a very small amount which seems to make it really expensive. I had been buying it over at a hardware store in Portland but couldn't find it the last time I need a tube recently. For some reason a tube of synthetic grease called Super Lube caught my eye. Right away on the back I see it is used as dielectric grease. Opened the tube up and it looked just like what I had bought before. I have been using that for the last several months and has been working fine.

Like you, I use it on just about everything electrical. I had a real issues with a set of 12 volt lights on my driveway when we first moved in here. Seemed like I had them go out about every couple of weeks until I finally cleaned everything up and used dielectric grease on all the connections. Now I basically have no issues for months except for the dumb knotheads that can't get out of the driveway without running up over the berm and crunching one of them. Even that is not too often anymore because I have "educated" most visitors about it.
