I am so sorry to hear about your wife. I also lost my wife a little over five years ago while she was 21 weeks pregnant with our first child. she was 23 years old. she had ovarian cancer that came on very suddenly, two days after we found out she went into surgery, and things went very wrong and we lost them both. if you need anything just let me know seriously.
for now just keep yourself distracted. take more time off work than I did. I went back after a week and it was a huge mistake. you don't need to deal with any more stress right now. Just breathe, talk to her, and keep yourself distracted as much as possible for now.
