My '49 B1 went to it's new home today. A week ago a young man stopped by and asked if he could just take a look at the truck. He had admired it before and said he was looking for just such a truck. I explained the story on mine, and how the engine had seized. One thing led to another, and I sold the truck to him. He has the same goal as I originally had, and I will be able to see it around the area. His first project: re-build the engine. I will miss the truck, but I have plenty to keep me busy. I am very pleased with the appreciation this man has for the truck. It's considerably older than he is, and he is a man who treats his elders with respect. Just today convinced him not to call me Mr. :) He said he has been reading this forum for some time and has ordered some manuals to help him work on it. So, the truck remains in good hands. JH
