about 50 percent less gear reduction when in low range compared to the 1.96 to 1. rpms depends on how heavy your foot is. ;/) I found that the 1.5 to 1 is not low enough for offroad with a gas engine but I think it would be a great match offroad with a diesel conversion. i have one that is in excellent shape if you need it. no gear slop. 250.00. located in WA
