You can not reach all of the bolts to undo the top of the radiator shroud. I do not know how many trucks I have seen where the sheet metal has been badly bent trying to get the top of the shroud off.

If the radiator is in the truck along with the engine, you need to remove the entire assembly. You can take the front fenders and radiator off by unbolting less than 10 bolts. A couple at the rear of each fender and the base of the radiator support along with the hood. Then the two clamps holding the inlet and out let to the radiator. Not a difficult job at all. Once it is out, then undo the 4 bolts on each side of the radiator and pop it out of the shroud.
