An Ortho/rehab Dr started me on Gabapentine, not so much for the peripheral neuropathy, but for 'restless legs', legs flopping around all night. The stuff helped that, plus the foot probs, I think because it even helped the foot circulation. I know from previous nerve damage that nerves have a big part in circulation. And healing, I think the nerves requisition new cells?

And it is related to anti-depressants. Dreams got sweeter. But also acts as sleepy pill, take 20-30 minutes before bed time. With Ibuprofen. The Ibuprofen wears off in the small hours, I keep another dose handy for when I can't get back to sleep. I feel it flow in about 20 minutes, then soon off to la-la-land.

I don't know from I-E-R. 45 years ago for me. I only know that you don't save electricity with resistors or rheostats. You do with solid state stuff, transisitors and diodes like.

But resistors have to match the load to keep the volts right. Dunno how they work on an intermittent solenoid? Or if anybody cares if things are that precise?
