I used an early 90's floor cut bigger than what I needed. The salvage yard used a torch to remove it, and I wanted a smooth edge. I took a saber saw and cut it to size when I got everything measured. The Caravan crossmembers are intragal to the floor (for stability). It was necessary to notch these to make the floor fit over the TW frame rails. I used 3/4" Oak strips to raise the metal floor of the Caravan to match the metal floor of the TW. Drilled holes from the bottom existing mounting nuts, up through the oak and caravan floor. Bolted the entire unit down. I have it out right now to run the fuel lines for my WVO tank. Send me your email address and I'll shoot some pictures of the set-up. Bill (wsm61twpw@hotmail.com)
