you are likely right about the 12v, but i'm enjoying my 4th series megacab more than i thought i would. it is an incredible ride. im getting between 15-16 mpg which is a step up from my gmc and the loss in mpg vs the 12v is preferable to driving a much older truck. as a primary driver, the 4th gen is tops.
