I have an opportunity to pick up a 300 flatbed with a 383 4speed that has been sitting for awhile,,like five years, the tires are still up and the cab has some moss on it, the glass is all good and the engine compartment has'nt been touched. truck has the 8 lug rims with 15 inch or 16 inch tires, the guy said it was a good running 1 ton and he also put in a rebuilt trans.....Anyone interested???? I wouldn't mind having the motor and trans for a future project but it would really be a shame to break it all apart being as complete as it is. Truck is located in N. California area and is available for total or parts. I can purchase it for his asking price of $2.600 and turn over for a small fee or part out to whoever needs sheet metal or running gear,bed,glass, motor trans combo,chassis,,,Email me or post a message............Britt.
