Hi guys;re-doing my instruments in B-2-PW. Inside of the case is painted white for reflectivity of instrument light,can I paint the outside of the case or will I have any Grounding problems? The screws had those strange cupped isolating washers(don't have the p/n handy)where the screws go into the back of the case. Did dodge just want to save money by not painting the whole case or is there another reason??(electrical) THANKS
