I'm sure Vintage Power Wagons sells these parts. As of a few years ago, the ring & pinion for the 4.89's were being manufactured by Richmond Gear (and maybe they still are making them), but I don't know if Richmond has ever made the 5.83's. You could check with them.
Some of the parts vendors listed on the home page of this web site probably also have 5.83's for sale, along with some or all of the other parts you need.
