Aside from contacting a Meyers dealer for the proper mounting kit, I would suggest a competent welding shop to modify your existing mounts. Remember the plow pivot frame must be level when plow is at ground level, otherwise if angled, the plow will tend to 'dig in' on one end. Have fun! My truck has a Meyers plow with a Western pump! and a home made mounting...it's been working great for 10 years now!
