Sorry guys but the first thing you have to do is spell eather the righ way. 'ether' Second, do not rule out low compression. Do a comprssion test, see what you come up with. If it is below 90lbs on any of the readings squirt some oil in and let set for a spell, retest and see what you come up with. If your second reading is better than your first yo could have worn rings, if it stays the same valves could be a problem. Have no noticed any high oil consumption or smoke? How does the motor run once it has started and warmed up? I hae to throw a you a new curve but you need to check all possibilities. Ether is not the answer, but it will create new problems. Please let me know wht you find out.
