There are only 2 places I've found for replacement tanks for these trucks. www.dodgeconnection.com and Kadingers salvage yard sells new replacements.
You cannot repair the polyethylene tank unless it's welded. And, of all of the used ones I've found, everyone of them had a crack on the upper front of the tank, so to this day I'm still driving around with a make-shift patch until I can find a new one for a good price.
