I followed Paul's tip on Universal. A very fair outfit to deal with. I talked with them... all their 9-16 tubes are radial, no bias. That makes sense so they don't duplicate stock. I didn't need flaps, so an e-mail might be in order. I actually never knew you needed a radial flap, and I was in the business back in another life. Maybe you don'.
