went thru much the same when we registered
our 48 had the signed nevada title no bill of
sale. The Sheriff stopped by and verified the
vin on the PW, our motorhome, & and another
little trailer.
I cannot get to the files right now but I
think we agreed on a 5k value & paid tax on that.
