Need real good 2nd series shifter for ffpw

I am soo totally frustrated with the shifter on my B4, Its very sloppy and I know that it can be repaired but i would like to know if anyone has a real tight one that fits the 2nd series gear box. I just want to install another and stop clashing gears!
