Keith, how long has Washington been that way, I have a Washington title with my truck, it was last registered in 96. To get a Colorado title on a out of state vehicle, you need a VIN inspection. No big deal, just need to drag the truck on a trailer and bring it to the local police dept during buisness hours. If I could ever find the time during regular buisiness hours. There does not appear to be any missing section on the WA. title though.
