brake bleeding

Tried to bleed my brakes on my 50 ffpw. I had about 6 leaks. By the time I got them all fixed I had run out of fluid. I refilled the master cylinder and rebleed the system, now I have no peddle at all. Do I have to take the master cylinder out and bench bleed it again since I sucked air into it.
