I dont agree. The buyer (C) would still have the title seller (A) signed off on. He has relinquished control by signing the back.
When you sign a title, you are not saying who you are turning it over to, just that they no longer own it. It can pass through many hands before someone registers it and produces the signed title. I see nothing illegal or immoral about it.
