Did you know that for every gallon that comes out of the ground, about 20% of that energy is lost in the drilling/extraction/refining/transportation of petroleum?

Did you know that for every gallon of diesel put into making biodiesel, 4.5 gallons can be delivered to your fuel tank? That includes all the energy used to plant and grow crops, process them, and transport them.

We should be leveraging our fossil resources, to produce renewable fuel within our own borders. We should make it here instead of borrowing money from China to buy crude from the Middle East.
