Like many others have said, a full flow filter isn't really needed in these engines. Many engines of this era had no oil filtration.
Factory full flow filters for the long block flathead were pretty rare. You could fab a plate and run an adapter to an external filter setup. I think you need to put a plug in the bypass gallery too; it's been awhile.
If you have a good engine builder, he'll take care of you.
