Sorry to hear your looking at surgery. IŽd get more opinions. IŽve heard aloe vera builds the cartilage back up around the disk and vertibrae. Maybe you could ditch all the other pills and just take the enhancements, that way at least youŽd only have one thing on your mind and that way you could pyscologically clear up the rest. Kind of a mind over matter thing.
