Powerwagon Transmions Question

Hey guys. I am looking into buying my first Power Wagon. I found a good looking one for under a grand, but needs a new carb and tranny. I am wanting to make it a daily driver, and if I am gonna swap the trans, I would like to put an auto in there.

Is it possible to put an auto trans in this thing, and if so, is there a good one to look for?
