My Mother had a new 77 matador with a 360. Seemed like an ok car. When I turned 16 I drove it some. I managed to break it. Trying to smoke the tires it broke down. We thought the timing chain went. My brother was in auto shop at tech school, he pulled it apart only to find the rotor was broken. A weird thing. Shows you to properly trouble shoot things before tearing into them. A while later we got some spare sheet metal from a friends that was wrecked. I bent the spare hood in half very easily to throw away when we got rid of My mothers car.
