They might have rockers and cams.
Chris Nielson cams can get you a cam or regrind you one if you find a good one in a junk yard.
I think they have the specs for the dual quad Poly.

Rocky is checking out valve adjusters from NAPA. They should be the same for /6 and Poly 318. Solid lifters are the same for /6, Hemi and Poly 318s. Should be able to get them from NAPA or Kanter. I don't know about hydraulic lifters.
