As commented it will probably move the truck itself along OK but won't be much for hauling a load. In the way of remembering "gaspots" there were some very good large displacement engine out there with long srokes for torgue - International RD 501 6cyl and VS549 V8 (would pull as good as a 220 cummins when tuned good), 400 Hall Scott, 534 V8 Ford (I had 2 of these in Gillig school buses in the fleet I ran - they got all of 2.5 miles to the gallon with the constant stop and go of use) Mack and many more now lost to time and expensive gas.
