The model 25 uses the smaller 11590/11520 cup & cone. This is also used on model 27 and small knuckle 44 axles. I'm assuming the breakaway torque found in the Spicer maunals online refer to the bearing sizes used on the axles with the 11590/11520 and 23100/23256 bearing sets. Maybe you could post the link for the model 25 info. The Spicer data for breakaway torque is pretty concise when using the small bearing packages with or without the upper bronze bushing, as well as the larger 23100/23256 bearings.
