$30k is not that much, when you look at the prices of new cars and trucks. They are used to it these days.
The may want pics, or even have somebody actual look it over.
But before they pay out, they may want better estimates than what some guy on the net says. Start saving actual ads, print out ebay pages, Hemmings, etc.
Plus there are private companies that will evaluate it, making a folder with pics, comps, etc. For a fee.
