Thank you but I can;t take the credit. I picked this information up by listening to Paul Mierop and Charles Talbert over the years. They are two very reliable sources.
I have taken the information learned from these men and combined it with my own personal experience and put it into an article for PWA. The article covers procedures and up-to-date costs. I believe it will run in this month's issue.
