Mack Products has them. They ARE the manufacture who everyone else buys from. I bought mine there and was very happy with their stuff. You'll have to give them measurements for the military as they have the extra center pocket hole and such. I had them just make blanks and I did all the holes.
They do not have the pockets as Galen eluded to. 2wd pockets are the same except for the ledge that holds the bows up. Fronts and rears are dimensionally the same. I used 2 sets of fronts as the rears are normally mangled up. Dave at Precison Coachworks had the center pockets at one time but may be sold out as it was a small run.
