He said he was on his way to pick up the kid. I don't think he was a hot head. I think he did what he had to do. He wasn't armed, (unless I missed that). He avoided an accident, then the idiot chased him down and caused more trouble. I think he would have been justified in shooting the guy, of course that would have brought on a lot of legal questions( and probably sleepless nights).
