I have the same problem with ebay. Lately I'm getting lots of modern fog lamps and headlights. To get rid of them I type in Dodge Power Wagon -lamp or -fog. This will search for the phrase Dodge Power Wagon, but remove any listing that also includes the word with a minus sign in front of it.
