Seat belt bolts for a 1974

Well after exhausting all options I went to a junkyard. They had one truck there with shoulder belts. Here's what I been looking for. We're still not sure what size thread it is. Closest to the thread matcher at the parts store is 11mm with 1.25 thread and its not a perfect match. Doesnt come close on any of the SAE threads.
