Probably not good in crash boxes though. They need all the 'cushioning' that heavy stuff gives.
That said, I do think the 140 in my crash box is too thick. I makes it like driving two different trannies- the cold one, then when it warms up enough to melt the glop, it shifts differently. Tough to get the double clutching right on a trip to the neighborhood grocery store.
