T-case lube

What weight of lubricant should we use in a transfer case? We live in a moderate climate area (San Francisco Bay Area) so the temp ranges between 45F and 85F. After having the transfer case rebuilt, shafts sleeved and new seals, the rear one at the parking brake still leaks and we're using 90 wt.
