Can anyone tell me what rear wiring harness to use on the back of my one ton 95 CTD. the previus owner made a giant mess out of the wiring on the back of the truck and I'm going to replace all of the wiring from the firewall back and start over. a friend gave me an intact harness from a half ton 98 that would work except for the plugs at the front of the truck are different, and there seems to be a differing number of wires. if I can not find a 95 should I look for something newer or older? is it broken down by truck weight; 1/2 vs 3/4 vs 1 ton, or by year? it would seem to me that a truck should have the same wires on the back, diesal or not. any help in getting pointed in the right direction will be appreicated.
