I'm glad you found the link. I suppose I have to say "pretty please" before you'll divulge it to me. It seems to me that if a big Internet company like ebay sends a message to its customers giving them instruction for how do do something on its own site, those instructions should be accurate. To give three different ways of doing it, none of which works, is the part that's "borderline hilarious".
As for voting, I'm thankful that I live in a state that has managed to keep its budget in shape during the boom times and thus is not having much trouble with the hard times, and where we elect regular boring old politicians rather than famous billionaires and movie stars to be our governors.
