91 jeep cherokee

need some help,1 lug nut the flats are striped, is seized on i had impact gun on it trying off on off on repeatedly for a couple minutes then it felt like it was coming but it just rounded the flats,it is the alloy wheel with the deep round hole where the lugs are,i have no way to reach it to grab or cut it,any ideas thanks mike
