this one was built in 1941. It is on hillside it settled decades ago. might still be moving to some degree that is why I am wanting to do push piers. the push them in hydraulicaly unitl the reach a certain PSI. the GEO tech engineer makes a determination on when they have reach solid enough ground to be considered adequate based on that PSI reading and the core samples he has examined.
