Yes Dodge made a passenger side in 1956. As you can see the brackets are sided.

On the 1957-60 2wd and W100-W500 trucks the visors are not sided, but the WDX-WM300 PWs were always sided.

The one David offered up is a 1947-50 PW visor with the chrome bracket and arm. It should fit, as the bolt pattern is very close (may be exact I never checked), but it is not the right item for your 1956 C-3-PW6-126.

The passenger sides are hard to find, I normally find one for every 3 or more drivers sides. Most trucks only came with one drivers side visor.
