There is some very unusual activity on this auction. I have received a second chance offer from the original auction of this truck through ebay. It includes all of my personal info, so I believe that it has been created through the user's "3fast3" ebay account. I emailed to ask what was going on, as it just closed with a new buyer and was told that the offer was sent in error. 5 minutes later I received this:
"Hello Dan Shockley,
We have a deal at $6,500. I've got a quote based on your location and I can ship it over to your address that you have on file with eBay (301 SW Adams, Peoria, IL 61602) for only $218. This includes insurance and door-to-door delivery service. A total of $6,718 should be paid. Also, if you want it delivered elsewhere or you have changed the address, let me know.
Since I had problems in the past with dead beat buyers, I want to know if you have the funds already or if you are sure that you can get finance. Also, it will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared on eBay's side. You have 5 business days to pay.
I can only close this deal on eBay, because this way we can leave feedback each other and get protected using their payment system. There is an inspection period of 10 days after you will receive it. If you find anything wrong with it you have the right to send it back to me, on my own expense and get a full refund from them.
I will wait for your confirmation so we can go ahead with the transaction.

Since that includes my mailing address, it makes for a very believable scam. I think that the users acct has been hacked by "blackcoffee60@gmail.com". I am sure that the seller is legitimate, and don't mean to doubt his reputation. But, didn't want someone to get stung.
