I you mean the rear tire clearence NO.
The lip for the bed is actualy out side the tire. There is about 6 to 8" before it would hit the top of the tire on the bottom of the bed. That and the swivel prevent frame twisting.
If I went with a wider tire yeah would hit it cut out.
