Go with an LA318, headers, 2 barrel carb and an NP4500 if you can spend the money. If not then and NP420 will do fine. For a winch, easiest thing to do is hydraulic. Oil burners are nice, but big bucks, and a garden variety 318 will get you just about anywhere.
