If nobody on the forum can help you, Rob Ficken at www.wiperman.com has a lot of spare parts that he will sell.
I bought a good used replacement shaft from him several years ago and it was reasonable. I also got one of the spacers you mention gratis from him as apart of his recent rebuild of the motor.
