The WC-53, WC-54s which have a recessed hole so the knob can be flush with the cover. The holes are all in the same place 1939-47 and 1946-68 as long as you have the cover from the same side. At least for the vacuum wiper trucks. Electric wiper trucks use the same wiper covers, but they are swapped left to right.

I never measured the holes in the outsides of the cabs, but given the wiper cover hole location is standard, and the hole is small I am surprised that the outside hole is not in a standard place.
